a.l.p.h.a. "Duane was Here" - was launched in 2010 and is an effort to build a compassionate message about HIV and AIDS all across the state, a 44 county 1600 person collaborative network to give Idaho the opportunity to get educated, get tested and to prevent and support those impacted by HIV and AIDS.
