Hey ALPHA,

Is it true that HIV can be passed even without ejaculation? Like, just through foreplay BJs and stuff? Or do you have to have ejaculation for it to be passed?

It is true that HIV can be transmitted without Ejaculation.  HIV is contained in vaginal fluids and the pre ejaculate therefore the risk is always present during any sexual encounter unless a condom or dental dam are used properly and that includes oral.

Yes, it is true that the HIV virus can be transmitted without ejaculating. The virus is present in the pre-ejaculate as well.
