I was just stumped by a question by a friend of mine today: "Can HIV be spread by anal intercourse?"
I mean, I know it can... but the question that killed me is how that works.

Is it true that HIV can be passed even without ejaculation? Like, just through foreplay BJs and stuff? Or do you have to have ejaculation for it to be passed?
